With more than hundreds online destinations for home collections that I have come to know over the years, I thought I will share them and hope that it will be helpful to anyone of you who read my blog. I tried to narrow down the list for readability, so here’s the nearly 30 best places to shop for home furnitures and decor online (that won’t break the bank).

Big Box Stores
Target: Trendy home collections at affordable prices especially with their Project 62 and Opalhouse collections.
IKEA: You already know this, with some creative hacks, you can turn a basic IKEA furniture into a custom statement piece. Even if you don’t do the extra, the simple clean line designs are as stylish for modern, scandinavian look. It’s a great place especially for shelves and bookcases with solid quality at a low price.
Home Goods: Don’t expect to shop for big sofa here but for accent pieces such as chairs and end tables and for home decor accent like table lamps, mirrors and wall arts, you can find plenty of options, some at discounted price.
Michael’s: An art and craft store where you can find decorative materials to create, make and personalize your own home accessories. Lots of gallery frames and faux silk flowers to choose from.
Container Store: All the storage solutions you need to organize your home. I have been pleasantly surprise to find nice looking furniture pieces here including office desks (roll-out or high-gloss) and bench.
Macy’s: The place for Hotel Collection bedding to recreate your own ‘5 star hotel’ bedroom.

PBTeens: Pottery Barn sells good quality bedding but on more traditional, rustic designs. Great if that’s the look you’re going for. PBTeens and PBKids offer a variety of fun patterns and designs, so they are easily a go to source for nursery and kids bedroom essential needs.

Anthropologie: Even though Anthropologie was mostly known for women’s clothing, their offering consists of home and furnitures. Unique furnitures, actually. So if you want to bring in some flair to your home, Anthropologie has some creative styles.
